Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, the living space is open and modern, featuring a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, and a comfortable leather sofa recliner. The open kitchen design ensures that everyone can socialize together without feeling separated. Another bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom is also located on this floor. A Queen air mattress is also available in the loft area to accommodate your group. Bed linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the townhouse (Creekwood Pines has a maximum occupancy of 6). Laundry is available in the townhouse for use during your stay.
For those who love golf, step out onto the deck from the living room to enjoy views of the 12th fairway while sipping on a glass of wine and grilling up a BBQ feast on the gas grill. Creekwood Pines is dog-friendly - a maximum of two dogs weighing up to 30 lbs each. A $150 dog fee applies.
Conveniently situated just minutes from Eagle Ridge Resort, the newly expanded Stonedrift Spa, Lake Galena, and scenic walking/running trails, Creekwood Pines offers the ideal retreat. Guests also gain access to The Galena Territory Owner's Club amenities, with six access cards provided for use of indoor and outdoor swimming pools, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, Lake Galena, and the Marina. Our guests have access to all amenities provided by The Galena Territory Owners Club, select amenities may have an additional fee. While Eagle Ridge Resort amenities are reserved for their guests, our guests are welcome to enjoy Eagle Ridge's public golf courses, spa, and dining options available at the resort.
Creekwood Pines is within steps of the South Course Club House, a four-minute drive to the Country Store, a five-minute drive to the Owners Club (featuring indoor/outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a game room), a 12-minute drive from Downtown Galena, and a 15-minute drive to Piggly Wiggly and Walmart for any necessary essentials. Please note that purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended, as there is no Covid or weather cancellation policy in place.

What is The Galena Territory? The Galena Territory is a semi-private, 6,800-acre private recreational and residential lake community located six miles outside the historic city of Galena in Northwest Illinois. The Galena Territory is rich in amenities including 31 miles of walking/hiking trails, Lake Galena for boating and outstanding fishing, a marina complex, an equestrian center, and a recreation complex (indoor and outdoor pool, game room, gym, fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts). Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa is located within The Galena Territory and you'll be able to enjoy the restaurants, golf, and spa but you will not be able to use their pool, playground, tennis/pickleball courts, or fitness center.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
